About Us
Where play time for kids means coffee time for parents
About me:
Hi I’m Isha, the founder of Imagination Station Play Café!
With over 13 years in education, including the last 5 years as a math coach supporting teachers, I’ve devoted my career to helping children learn, grow, and thrive. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education with a focus in Science, a Master’s in Educational Leadership, and certification in Special Education. I’ve worked closely with students of all abilities and backgrounds, and I bring that same passion, experience, and inclusive mindset into everything we do at Imagination Station Play Cafe.
This dream started during a very personal moment in my life. My son was just 9 months old when COVID hit, and like many parents, I felt isolated and disconnected. I longed for a place to bring him where we could both feel a sense of community. Now, as a mom of two, I’m always searching for spaces that are welcoming, enriching, and enjoyable for both kids and adults.
Imagination Station Play Cafe was created with that vision in mind. A place where children can explore through purposeful play and enriching classes, and where caregivers can connect, recharge, and feel supported. From birthday parties to caregiver-and-me classes to simple everyday play, I hope this space becomes a home away from home for your family.
I can’t wait to welcome you!
